Special Orders, Custom Made, All SALE items, bodysuits, and swimsuits are NON RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Majority of all orders will be shipped between 5-20 business days, please allow up to 20 business days.
  • We offer express shipping via USPS. If items are in-stock orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be processed same day.
  • We DO NOT offer EXPRESS SHIPPING on Custom Made pieces. Custom Made pieces take 10-15 days to make + the shipping time. So if you would like to make a custom piece order please place your order at least 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE  to allow time for you to receive your order on time.
  • We DO NOT allow cancellations on custom made orders after 24hrs.
  • **Please allow up to 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Weekends and Holidays are not considered a business day.**
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may contact us about your order within 5 days of receipt about getting a return on your order. If you do receive the okay from us returning your item please understand that we DO NOT offer CASH RETURNS. We only provide Store Credit. We also allow size exchanges on undamaged and unworn items upon approve (This DOES NOT apply to Custom Pieces). 
  • When returning your item they must be in their original packaging and in unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) for store credit or exchanges only (Excludes Special, Sale orders, bodysuits, and swimsuits).
  • PinkButterfliBoutique will not accept any returns after 5 days. We do not give cash back refunds. 
  • If an error was made on our end we will discuss it and determine best course of action. 
  • Please notify PinkButterfliBoutique by phone or email before returning any item, because a Return Authorization (RA) is required before doing so. PinkButterfliboutique will email you return form that must be filed out and returned along with the item/s.
  • We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost/stolen in transit.
  • Credit issued or exchanges will not include original shipping charges. If you are exchanging your items you must pay for the shipping cost for your new product/s.
  • Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return has been processed, you’ll be issued store credit in the form of a Coupon Promo Code via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price only and not the shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return. You may not return items that were at all damaged or worn. Which is why all products are check for any damages before shipping them out. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Every package is insured and you must sign for your package so please make sure someone is home when package is delivered. We are also not responsible for any custom duties for international shipping.
  • While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive one.
